Little Elms understands that paid time off is very important to our staff.
We recognise continued service with Little Elms by rewarding you with increased holiday entitlement as follows:

| 1 full year service | 1 extra day holiday |
| 2 full years' service | 2 extra days holiday |
| 3 full years' service | 3 extra days holiday |
| 4 full years' service | 4 extra days holiday |
| 5 full years' service | 5 extra days holiday |
10 Years Service
When you reach 10 full years’ service, you can celebrate with an extra week's paid annual leave on us.
This in addition to the 5 extra days holiday entitlement you have already received.
* Increases in holiday entitlement will take effect from the January after you have reached the service milestones above.
* Bank staff will not be eligible to participate in the discretionary service recognition scheme
