I have been working within Early Years Sector for 16 years, 13 of which at Little Elms.
In my current role of Marketing and Occupancy Manager, I am responsible for maximising occupancy across all of our branches.
I am managing and optimising Little Elms social media and raising brand awareness through marketing campaigns.

I have worked in the early years sector for 8 years.
6 years as a Early Years Practitioner based in the Baby Room and 2 years in Head Office.
I am the first point of call for new enquiring parents for any questions or to get them started in the enrolment of their child. I manage all 11 Little Elms nursery calendars for day to day appointments and viewings, I also work closely with Agata Kara in planning Little Elms Events and Open days.

I have worked for the company for 7 years, Originally I started as an apprentice doing my Level 3 in childcare and then moved onto the Head Office Team. I also support in sourcing new resources for the company and help to have a smooth running with upcoming Projects for Little Elms.
Joel Grouden, Early Years Recruiter
I have 8 years of experience working in Early Years Recruitment Sector.
My role at Little Elms is to find, screen and attract new applicants for open positions. This includes advertising the job opening, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates and working with hiring managers to find the right fit.

I’ve worked in recruitment since graduating from university 15 years ago! I made the big and best move from the engineering to the early years sector when I joined this group in 2016. I love being part of a great team and supporting the managers with their recruitment needs across our 10 nurseries.
Babis Mourmouris, Head Chef
I am originally from Greece, but have lived in England for 21 years. As a child I enjoyed cooking with my Grandma and Father, who were professional chefs. I have been working in the food industry for the last 16 years, starting my career in high end London hotels and restaurants. For the past decade I have specialised in the educational catering sector, an area that I find fulfilling and varied. I have an NVQ 1 & 2 in Professional Cookery.

I have worked within the Early Years sector for over 20 years and within that time I have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to grow and develop with my career from Early Years Practitioner to an Owner of small company of nurseries. My focus and passion is to embed continuous development and a commitment to providing high quality care and education to ensure the best possible outcomes for children to reach their full potential and share my knowledge and experience I have gained with our wonderful team.
I'm a strong advocate of outdoor learning and natural based authentic resources to support children understanding of the world around us to become inquisitive creative learners.
