I have been working within the Service Industry for over 32 years, of which 11 years have been in Early Years. Working in the Early Years environment at Little Elms has been the most enjoyable experience in my career to date.

Angelica De Assis, Head Of Operations.

I have recently joined as the Head of Operations. With a background in optimizing processes, enhancing team efficiency, and driving operational excellence, I am looking forward to contributing to our collective success. At Little Elms, my primary focus is to be streamlining our operations to ensure we deliver the highest quality of service to our children and their families. I believe in fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels empowered to share their ideas and contribute to our growth. I have worked in the education sector for over 24 years, in various leadership roles. During my spare time I love to spend time with my family,  am a mother of a 5-year-old girl who keeps us me and very busy at home.

Pam Webber, Human Resources.

 

I have been working in the Early Years sector for 26 years. I started my career as a Nursery Nurse progressing to Nursery Manager over the years. Whilst working as a Nursery Manger I developed a keen interest for all things HR. By recognizing this, I pursued and successfully completed my CIPD qualification in HR Management, this pivotal step enabled me to combine my extensive practical experience with formal HR expertise.

I am passionate and committed to supporting and developing all of our staff members, whilst ensuring that the HR needs of the organisation are met.

With my extensive background in working in childcare this has given me a real indepth  knowledge and understanding into HR and how it fits into the Early Years sector.
