Roberta Lupo, Management Accountant
I am a member of the Finance Team.
My role is predominantly Management Accountant, which means I complete the monthly accounts for the Nurseries, such as monthly spending, petty cash expenditures etc.
In addition to the above, I also deal with the following:
- Parents’ monthly Direct Debit payments & queries
- CCG (Child Care Grant), which is a payment method parents who are at Uni use to pay towards their monthly fees
- Petty cash cards & expenditures
- General parents’ queries on invoices and payments
Marina Gordon, Funding Accountant
I have worked in accounts and finance for 35 years. I have experienced many different industries including advertising, interior design and nursing. I also spent 12 years in Spain managing my own accounts for various businesses.
I previously managed the accounts for a chain of nursing homes until I joined LE in Feb 2017. Originally, I joined as a management accountant until my role changed to Funding accountant. I take care of the invoicing and funding across the nurseries.
I’m really enjoying working at LE watching all the adorable little ones running around when I arrive at work in the morning.
Yousif Salem, Payroll Controller.
I am part of the Finance Team. My role is the Payroll Controller.
As part of my role, I am in charge of Payroll, employee expenses and a few other bits here and there!
I have been in my role since January 2023, but part of the company since February 2022
Linda Trimmings, Finance Assistant
I started my Career in Finance after I left school and worked in various Investment Banks and Investment Management Companies in the City.
After a Career break bringing up my two wonderful sons I worked as an Administrator for an IT Company and as a Business Rates Officer for Westminster.
I joined Little Elms in 2023 as a Finance Administrator and my role is primarily updating the receipts and Purchase Ledger.
I am part of a busy small team where no two days are the same and I really enjoy working at Little Elms. My colleagues are lovely, and It is always a joy seeing the happy faces of the excited children when I come into work.
