Recommend a Friend Bonus 

Effective from 9th March 2023......

Recommend a Friend – Qualified Roles (L2 +)

Little Elms staff who recommend a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join the company, may be rewarded with a discretionary bonus to say thank you for the recommendation:

  • £250 upon the new employee joining Little Elms
  • £250 after the new employee successfully completes their probation period (usually six months)

 

To be eligible to receive the above recommend a friend discretionary payment, the following rules apply:

  • the individual you have recommended must be successful in their application, be offered and accept a permanent role with Little Elms
  • the individual must have a full and relevant childcare qualification, Level 2 or above.
  • the role accepted must have guaranteed working hours (the bonus will not be awarded for people recruited into relief/bank positions)
  • If the probation period of the new employee is terminated, the final part of the bonus payment will not be paid

 

Recommend a Friend – All other roles (excluding bank staff)

Little Elms staff who recommend a friend for other roles within the company, may be rewarded with a discretionary bonus to say thank you for the recommendation:

  • £50 upon the new employee joining Little Elms
  • £150 after the new employee successfully completes their probation period (usually six months)

 

To be eligible to receive the above recommend a friend discretionary payment, the following rules apply:

  • the individual you have recommended must be successful in their application, be offered and accept a permanent role with Little Elms
  • the role accepted must have guaranteed working hours (the bonus will not be awarded for people recruited into relief/bank positions)
  • If the probation period of the new employee is terminated, the final part of the bonus payment will not be paid

 

Recommend a Friend – Bank Staff

Little Elms staff who recommend a friend for a bank staff role within the company, may be rewarded with a discretionary bonus to say thank you for the recommendation:

  • £50 upon the new employee joining Little Elms
  • £50 after the new employee successfully completes their probation period (usually six months)

 

To be eligible to receive the above recommend a friend discretionary payment, the following rules apply:

  • the individual you have recommended must be successful in their application, be offered and accept a bank staff role with Little Elms
  • If the probation period of the new employee is terminated, the final part of the bonus payment will not be paid
